Fresher Induction

The training program has been designed keeping in mind the expected skills required to succeed in your organizational role.

The program is categorised into 3 parts –

  • Fundamentals for ADM:

    • This part builds the essential concepts like Programming (Algorithms), Relational Database, Software Engineering, Object Oriented Programming etc. This provides a technology-agnostic base essential for application development.
  • Essentials for Java/JEE or .NET

    • This part of the program build on the basic concepts and trains the participants on how to build the an enterprise level application using the platforms like Java/Jee or .Net
  • The Finish

    • Developing and Maintaining applications for a commercial enterprise requires more than just the understanding of the technologies involved.
    • This part focuses on providing the participants the processes required to be able to deliver an application.
    • This is done through the use of an integrated project that starts during the ‘The Fundamentals’ and finishes at the end of the training program, bringing various aspects of the project together.

Expected Skill Sets by the end of the program:

  • Programming Skills

    • Ability to understand Program Specs and code programs as per industry standards
    • Understand and optimally utilize the common services developed with the architecture team
    • Understand the importance of programming standards and apply them with rigor
    • Optimally use the IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
    • Prepare Unit Test Cases and conduct Unit Testing
  • Understanding of the Enterprise Application Environment

    • Have a good understanding of the Development Platforms (Java/Jee or .Net)
    • Have a good understanding of the essential services of any enterprise applications platform- Data Persistence, Transaction Management, Security, Access Control etc.
  • Understand the Project Environment

    • Follow the project and software engineering processes and appreciate the importance
    • Use the correct checklists and guidelines with rigor
    • Provide accurate update of the status of their work
