Microsoft Project 2007 Workshop

Seminar Introduction

Most Project Managers find MS Project very tricky while developing and managing project schedule. It yields unwanted results when the user makes changes to dates, resources or tasks. The entire schedule gets adversely affected, and the user does not know the reason behind it.

However, MS Project becomes a very controllable and productive tool, once one understands the fundamental principles of “Effort-driven Scheduling”, on which MS Project is built. Once one knows what happens beneath the hood of MS Project, it can be leveraged to develop a realistic project schedule and manage it effectively.

CELTEM’s workshop is focused on the principles of Schedule Planning and Control, and is NOT based on “Menu-driven” training.
If you are eager to leverage MS Project to the hilt, CELTEM’s workshop is the right choice for you! Come and experience the joy of learning with experienced practitioners that comprise our faculty team!
