Seminar Introduction

Most Project Managers find MS Project very tricky while developing and managing project schedule. It yields unwanted results when the user makes changes to dates, resources or tasks. The entire schedule gets adversely affected, and the user does not know the reason behind it.

However, MS Project becomes a very controllable and productive tool, once one understands the fundamental principles of “Effort-driven Scheduling”, on which MS Project is built. Key Learning Objectives

This is an intensive 2-day workshop to learn the principles that MS Project has been built upon, and to apply the learning to manage schedules for real-life projects. This workshop helps participants to leverage MS Project features to develop a realistic schedule, monitor the progress of the project and control the impact of the changes. There will be running case studies to apply the lessons learned.
