Subrata Ghosh
Co-Founder & CEO

Subrata is an entrepreneur with an Information Technology background. His industry experience of 14 years spans both bootstrapping start-ups as well as running and turning around large business units. He has created and led next-generation product and business initiatives in BFSI, Energy, Healthcare and now the Corporate Learning industry. The companies he has worked with include Itron, Nationwide Insurance, Infosys and FCG (now CSC). Subrata has a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, India.

Nabin Roy, PMP
Co-Founder & COO

As a passionate believer in entrepreneurship as a change-enabler in society, Nabin has taken up this journey and co-founded CELTEM to transform the training industry. He has already mentored 5000+ working professionals in Project Management. Nabin is a strong advocate for “Training as a Profession”, and helps industry practitioners to transition to this field. The companies he has worked with include Infosys and L&T. At Infosys, he has managed large client engagements and been awarded for his leadership and management skills. Nabin has a B.E. from N.I.T. (formerly MNREC) Allahabad, India.

Nitin Kapoor, PMP
Director

Nitin has over 16 years of experience in software development, program and project management, pre-sales and client engagement management at Infosys. He brings strong expertise in Project and Program Management, Client Engagements, and has managed large client accounts in the European region for his previous organization. Nitin has a B.Tech from ITBHU, Banaras, India.
